Deal Sourcing Internship.

We are seeking Deal Sourcing Interns to join our Deal Sourcing Team for Summer 2026, with the potential for successful candidates to extend their tenure on a part-time or full-time basis into the Fall and beyond. This is a remote position open to candidates based in the United States.

This role is open to current undergraduate students who will be rising Juniors or Seniors in Fall 2026, as well as first-year graduate students. We are not considering students in their final year of study, whether undergraduate or graduate. Candidates must be located in the United States for the duration of the internship, as we are unable to accommodate international time zones.

The deal team’s goal is to source and evaluate deal opportunities that will ultimately lead to acquisition(s). The successful intern will augment all aspects of our deal funnel, from thesis ideation and refinement to deal sourcing, evaluation, and diligence, and use AI and related technology in the process.
